PANAREA ISLAND
An outdoor kitchen and landscaped gathering space, built entirely in stone.
We designed this place to be enjoyed—whether for cooking, sharing meals, or simply spending time together.
The terrace offers stunning views of the islands and the Stromboli volcano, featuring a hand-built stone bench and a solid chestnut table. From there, stairs lead down to the kitchen area with its grill, clay oven, and stone countertops. A hand-carved stone sink adds a final artisanal touch.
The chestnut table, measuring 3 x 1.2 meters, is paired with oak benches and comfortably seats 10 to 12 guests. The kitchen floor is laid with smooth round stones sourced from the island itself.
The oven, finished in traditional tadelakt with a pigment unique to Panarea, brings both beauty and authenticity. Surrounded by aromatic plants and native trees, the entire setting blends seamlessly into the natural landscape.
