ABOUT EZE
Hailing from the mountains of Mendoza, Argentina, Ezequiel Bressia has spent the last decade refining his culinary and craft skills across Europe.
His early training with celebrated chefs in South America instilled a deep respect for fire as both a tool and a muse, shaping his life and passions around the art of cooking.
Years spent mastering open-flame cooking naturally led to a fascination with ancient methods of fire management. Driven by curiosity and precision, Ezequiel began experimenting with natural materials to harness and shape fire, eventually crafting his first clay ovens. These creations can still be found in the olive oil fincas of Andalusia, Spain.
After years of honing his craft—and exploring techniques from Turkey to the UK’s South Coast—Ezequiel now designs and builds entire outdoor kitchens. From grand culinary areas to intimate cooking spaces, his creations are designed for creating, hosting, and dining alike.
Whether for a luxury hotel or rustic farmhouse, in icy highlands or scorching deserts, every installation is crafted to blend seamlessly into its surroundings.
